​1. Payment & Cancellation Policy
​PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION.
​■ Payment Methods
​Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total fee is REQUIRED at the time of booking.
​Remaining Balance: The final balance MUST be paid no later than 15 days prior to the Service start date.
​■ Cancellation Fees (User Circumstances)
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your reservation for personal reasons, the following fees apply:
​Up to 45 days prior to start date:
Full refund / No cancellation fee / Free rescheduling
​Between 45 days and 15 days prior:
THE DEPOSIT (50%) IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
​Within 15 days of start date:
100% OF THE TOTAL FEE / NO REFUND.
​■ Additional Conditions
​Rescheduling: Requests for rescheduling made within 45 days of the Service start date will be subject to the cancellation fees listed above.
​Reduction in Group Size: Please inquire regarding refunds or fee adjustments if the number of participants decreases.
​Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show: REGARDLESS OF THE REASON (including health issues or significant delays), 100% OF THE FEE WILL BE CHARGED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
​■ Cancellations by the Guide
If SHAKU HUNTER (the “Guide”) determines that the Service cannot be safely conducted due to severe weather, dangerous river conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances, the Service will be canceled and a FULL REFUND will be issued.
PLEASE NOTE: The Guide is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any compensation for transportation, accommodation, or other travel-related expenses.
​2. Terms of Service
​Article 1 (Safety Management & Compliance)
The User MUST STRICTLY FOLLOW all safety instructions provided by the Guide. If the User fails to comply, or if the Guide determines that safety cannot be ensured, the Service may be suspended or terminated WITHOUT REFUND.
​Article 2 (Equipment & Physical Condition)
The User is responsible for preparing necessary gear. The Guide RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE PARTICIPATION if the User’s equipment or physical condition is deemed insufficient to ensure safety.
​Article 3 (Assumption of Risk & Disclaimer)
FLY FISHING INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS (e.g., falls, falling into water, encounters with wildlife). The Guide SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for injuries, illnesses, or damage to personal belongings. THE PURCHASE OF LEISURE OR TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
​Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)
Environmental damage, participation under the influence of alcohol, or harassment is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Such acts will result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of the Service WITHOUT REFUND.
​Article 5 (Photography & Promotional Use)
The Guide may use photos or videos taken during the Service for promotional purposes (website, SNS). IF YOU WISH TO OPT-OUT, PLEASE NOTIFY THE GUIDE IN ADVANCE.
​Article 6 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Guide collects and uses the User’s personal information solely for the purpose of providing the Service, ensuring safety, and processing payments. Your information will be managed securely and WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES without your consent, except as required by law.
